Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia. I have experience working with a variety of clients from adolescents to adults with a specialization in disordered eating, body image issues, anxiety, life transitions, and depression. I have worked at all levels of care for eating disorders from residential to outpatient and strive to be a support in each person's recovery. I practice from a Health at Every Size, weight-neutral, and non-diet approach.

I strive to create a person-centered, safe space with each client to explore, identify, and work toward their goals and what they define as a life worth living. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and pulls from concepts of Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify your values, become more aware of your thought patterns, and increase your coping skills to manage stressors effectively. I am a relational and strengths-based therapist who meets you where you are at with focus on the various strengths you already have.

Outside of work, I can most likely be found reading a book (and most likely reading more than one at a time), on a hiking trail, or spending time with my pets.
