Fees for Therapy
Our fees range from $130-165/hour depending on the therapist you see. If you are unsure which therapist you’d like to see, we can gladly recommend the therapist who might be the best fit based on your unique needs.

In-Network Benefits
We have providers who are in-network with some insurance plans. For questions about specific plans, contact us. 

Out-of-Network Reimbursement for Therapy
If we are out-of-network with your insurance company, we can gladly add your insurance on file and provide you with superbills. These superbills will have all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

To find out how much your insurance will reimburse you for your sessions, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask to speak to someone about your mental health benefits. Specifically, you will want to ask how much you can expect to be reimbursed for mental health psychotherapy sessions.

Methods of payment
We accept all debit and credit cards. We also accept HSA and FSA cards. We use a secure HIPAA-compliant platform to store card information for security and convenience.

Cancellation Policy
All appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance (and at least 48 hours in advance for new clients) will be the client's financial responsibility. Appointments must be canceled by calling or through email. Please do not use text messages to cancel appointments as we will not receive them. Appointments scheduled on Monday must be canceled by 5 pm the Friday before the appointment.
