Most people are doing the best they know how to do and as a therapist it is my job to meet you wherever you may be in that journey. Given the right support, anyone can learn strategies and techniques to undo negative thoughts, overwhelming feelings and destructive behaviors.
In addition to teaching you new coping skills, my holistic work emphasizes lifestyle modification as an integral piece of the wellness puzzle highlighting nutrition, physical health, sleep routines, thought patterns and social connections. With compassion and respect, we will work together to form an actionable plan that leads you to mental wellness.
With more than 16 years of experience, I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy) for girls and women (aged 15 – 65) who may be experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression or a postpartum anxiety disorder. In addition, I provide online mental wellness classes especially developed to help you live a healthier and happier life.
I believe in the power of the human spirit. And sometimes that human spirit just needs a toolbox. Whether you are interested in learning more about my online wellness classes or personal therapy sessions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. *Free 15 minute phone consultation available *Early morning hours available.
