Hello! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Georgia who has experience treating a multitude of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and PTSD. Additionally, I have extensive exposure working with clients in substance use and domestic violence. I provide individual and family therapy. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions.

I am passionate about treating clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, solution-focused, crisis-oriented, motivational, and narrative therapy. I identify client strengths and embrace the individuality of each person.

My goal is to establish a welcoming and supportive environment. I am most passionate about helping my clients feel understood and validated. I believe that therapy can transform individuals into the best version of themselves and I would be honored to help you through this journey.
