I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Georgia. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgia College & State University in 2022 and my Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2025.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, OCD and phobias, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and substance use. My clinical experience includes working in both mental health and addiction treatment settings at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels of care.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I am currently pursuing additional training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to further support individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, and phobias.

I believe therapy is deeply relational and that meaningful growth happens when clients feel safe enough to engage in vulnerable and sometimes uncomfortable work. Finding the right therapist matters, and I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

I view therapy as a collaborative journey in which clients are the experts on their own lives and experiences. My role is to help clients better understand themselves, clarify what is important to them, and build the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change. I approach therapy with gentleness, empathy, and curiosity while encouraging clients to challenge patterns and behaviors that may no longer be serving them. Together, we will work toward goals that feel authentic and meaningful so that you can move toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.

In my free time, I can be found reading a good book, cooking new recipes, visiting local coffee shops, and hiking local trails.
