We are open and providing tele-health services via phone and online sessions. We also still have in person options available at our office location while adhering to COVID 19 social distancing guidelines.

We believe that individual therapy is a process that requires work and commitment. Individuals beginning the therapy process must be open to thinking and doing things differently. We offer individual counseling in a compassionate and non-judging space where clients are able to explore and process thoughts, feelings and behaviors, gain an alternative perspective, and discover new ways of thinking and behaving.
